FAQ

We concrete every type of post we set except for "driven in" tee posts or "temporary fence" posts of different styles. The size of the post, the diameter of the post hole, the type of ground, and the depth of the hole are all factors in how much of concrete we use for each post set. We use our own LOTTMIX concrete mixture so we are able to warranty our sets. Please call to get the exact details because we do not put this information on the internet. Lott Fence does not use any bag, sack, or bucket premixtures, masonry sand or pea/seed gravel. We also wet mix our concrete instead of dry packing. Dry packing is when a concoction is put in the post hole dry and then has water hosed or poured on top. Dry packing for fence posts in done by many many installers and is a terrible way to set posts! Lott Fence's clients find out what it is like to have the best wet mix concrete this side of a cement truck for their posts.
